Generally we give 30 days for a refund request. If you did not receive your product, please contact us, and we will look into this for you. If your print book arrived damaged in any way, please contact us and provide photos of the product. We will send you a new one free of charge.
You should receive all digital products immediately after your place an order. For print books, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time. If there are any issues with your order or you would like an update, please contact us at any time.
We will never sell, rent, or share your information will anyone. Occasionally, we may send you a promotional email with new updates, but we promise not to spam you with excessive emails. Your privacy is taken very seriously.
